AS Fiskevegn is a global supplier of line systems and fishing gear for professional fishing based in the middle of the sea gap on the beautiful Flatraket in Stad municipality. We have 50 years of history and solid roots in the maritime expertise cluster in Nordfjord and Sunnmøre. Your working day:
As our new CEO, the room for opportunity is large. You will become part of a solid company with a strong foundation and local roots. - Close collaboration with the board to achieve the company’s objectives
Who are you?
We are looking for a leader who is motivated by building culture and achieving results together with others. You are able to think in new ways and encourage employees to come up with new ideas and opportunities. In this role, it is important to work in a structured manner and have the ability to implement in order to achieve the objectives the company has set for the time ahead. To be successful in this role, you have leadership experience and can demonstrate good results both when it comes to building culture and achieving goals. You are strategic and preferably have a good financial understanding. Relevant education in e.g. management, finance or organizational development will be positive. Good ability to express yourself in English both orally and in writing.
